SUJU MASAYUKI is located in the Japanese concept space “JW360” on the 1st floor of Jewel that is a huge shopping mall directly connected to Changi Airport.
There is best chicken Katsu that I ever had. I really miss it during Circuit Breker, finally I could eat again.
The coating of Katsu is already incredible, after that coming tender texture of chicken. I like to eat with salt. The price is not affordable as chicken menu, but no regret to eat it always

ここのとりももかつ、
人生で食べた鶏かつの中で一番好きかも！
すでに5回以上は食べている、
このとりももカツのためなら
少し遠くてもジュエルまで足を運びます。
とりももということでとっても柔らかい肉質と共に
いただくカツの衣がまた美味しいこと！
とてつもなくいい香りと歯ごたえがたまらない。
またセットに含まれるつやつやのごはんと
おみそ汁も美味しくてたまらない。
日本に行かずして楽しめる最高の和食です！
